Journal + Devotion
This space was created for slowing down.
Each month, our Journal + Devotion page is thoughtfully refreshed with guided journaling prompts designed to support reflection, clarity, and connection—mind, body, and soul. These prompts are gentle invitations to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself in the midst of everyday life.
Rooted in intention and faith, this space encourages honest reflection without pressure or perfection. Whether you’re journaling for five minutes or sitting with the prompts over time, the goal is simple: to create space for rest, gratitude, and renewal.
Return each month to find new prompts aligned with the season, offering encouragement for growth, self-care, and spiritual grounding—at your own pace, in your own way.
This month’s journaling prompts are centered around being rooted.
These prompts are an invitation to slow down, reflect honestly, and create space for what you need most in this season.
There is no right or wrong way to engage—journal in one sitting or return to the prompts throughout the month. Allow this space to meet you where you are.

Where are my roots?
What am I currently depending on for stability, peace, and security? Are those things drawing me closer to God or distracting me from Him? -
What is nourishing me right now?
Think about your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. What practices, people, environments, and routines are helping you feel refreshed and whole? What might be draining you? -
How do I respond when the heat comes?
Jeremiah 17:8 describes a tree that does not fear when heat comes. What challenging season am I facing—or have I recently faced—and what would it look like to trust God more deeply in the middle of it? -
What do I need to release so I can grow deeper?
Are there habits, expectations, fears, distractions, or relationships taking up space that God may be asking you to surrender? What could grow in their place? -
What fruit do I want my life to produce?
As you become more rooted in God, what qualities do you want to see flourish in your life—peace, patience, confidence, discipline, compassion, joy, or something else? What is one intentional step you can take this month to nurture that growth?
Scripture : But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.
